I spent 16 years working in the US Air Force as a Surgical Operations Manager, training and leading hundreds of our nation’s bravest savers of life and limb.

After retiring early from the Air Force (via the unique TERA program) I spent 10 years working with Fortune 500 companies and multi-million dollar brands in business development, brand strategy, and product marketing.

In search of success, I started my own marketing agency.

I quickly learned that while an agency owner is a business owner, the agency work soon owns you. This wasn’t for me.

I realized that freedom was my definition of success.

After years of iteration, I evolved my business to a highly-specialized consultancy and a portfolio of productized solutions.

The insight behind this evolution?

Consulting, Crushing Transition, and Veteran Founders are products of that evolution. Products I've utilized to build a network of mentors, media platforms, and freedom businesses.

I now spend my time helping people do more of what matters to them.
